Meredith Roberts has been active in Pilates since 2016. She has a background in dance and in her time between dance and Pilates, she ran marathons, did triathlons and several years of CrossFit and strength training. These experiences led her to Pilates and the life change it offers. The practice of Pilates has given her a new education in body, mind and soul with a core emphasis on balance in all areas of life.
